Seafood specialist Young's has cooked up two varieties of Mini Seafood Tartlet with a handmade feel that will serve equally well as buffet bites or starters.
One recipe fills a filo pastry basket with poached salmon, white wine and dill sauce, while the second option is a cheese basket packed with smoked haddock in mornay sauce.
Both tartlets will oven-bake from frozen in 10-12 minutes and have been launched through distributor 3663. They come in packs of 30, containing 15 tartlets of each recipe.
