Whitby Seafoods has introduced a premium fish cake with three possible cooking methods. Whitby Three Way Cook Premium Dusted Fishcakes are made with chunky pieces of fish and can be deep-fried, grilled or oven-baked. They come in three varieties - Smoked Haddock and Spring Onion; Cod and Prosciutto; and Salmon, Cod and Roasted Peppers, and can be served as a starter or as part of a main course. They are available exclusively through wholesaler 3663.
