Two starters and two main courses have joined Young's 150-strong line of seafood products for the food service market.

Appetisers include the 400g Scottish Smoked Salmon and Dill Mousse Terrine and Young's Smoked Haddock Gratin Ramekins - individual-sized portions of haddock with mornay sauce, tomato pieces and a Taw Valley Cheddar cheese crumb topping. The 130g ramekins sell in packs of 12.

For main meals, Young's has introduced Lemon and Pepper Crumb Topped Scottish Salmon Fillets, and Poached and Smoked Lemon and Pepper Scottish Salmon Fillets, both available in cases of 10 x 140g.
