Flavoured balsamic range from Imaginative Cuisine

Balsamico Rich Balsamic Glaze is an award-winning range of six flavoured balsamic vinegars that has been devised by chef Rick Pott, owner of Imaginative Cuisine.

The line-up, which scooped the 2006 SIAL Coup de Coeur prize, is made in Italy from grapes that have been fermented in oak, juniper and cherry barrels, then blended with well-aged balsamic vinegar. They can be used to dress salads, garnish plates, flavour meat and fish, and drizzle over desserts.

The Balsamico Original makes a good accompaniment to meat, fish and salad dishes.

The flavoured vinegars include Fig (for Parma ham salads, grilled or roasted meats or lemon tart), Cherry (lamb chops, slow roasted joints or apple tart and ice-cream), Garlic (salads, roasted meats and vegetables), Chilli (for drizzling over pizzas, pastas and seafood), and Vanilla (for ice-creams and poached fruits).

The soft, squeezable bottles - 500ml for the Original and 150ml for flavours - are packed six to the case.
