A new range of Danish-sourced chicken wings with North American-inspired flavours has been launched into the UK by Rose Poultry.
Oven cooking produces the best results but the wings can also be deep-fried as the coating reduces flavour transfer to the oil and keeps the wings crispy. One line (Fryer Wings) has been specially developed to be cooked in fryers.
Flavour options include Honey Garlic Wings, Fire Wings and BBQ Wings, which deliver more kick than sweeter BBQ varieties.
The wings contain no additives or MSG, are fully cooked, individually quick-frozen and marinated for a rich, tasty flavour and are ideal as finger foods, starters and snacks. They are available in 2 x 2.5kg bags; each 2.5kg bag contains approximately 65-75 wings.
