Flavoured potato gratins from Lamb Weston

New flavoured potato gratins from Lamb Weston aim to add an indulgent favourite to the menus with minimum effort - the potato cakes will oven-cook from frozen in just 15 minutes and can be held for up to one hour without any loss of quality, texture or taste.

Frozen into individual 100g portions, Lamb Weston's new Gratini range offers three flavours - Spinach a la Crème (with béchamel sauce, Ricotta cheese, and spinach); Quattro Formaggi (a mix of Mozzarella, Emmenthal, Parmesan and Gorgonzola cheeses); and Gratini Dauphinois (béchamel sauce and Emmenthal cheese), which is available in both 100g and larger 125g portions.

Equally suitable as starters or as accompaniments to main meals, the Gratinis are sold in 10 x 1kg packs, or 4 x 2.5kg packs in the case of the larger Gratini Dauphinois portions.
