These rich sourdough traditional Italian focaccia sheets are enriched with extra virgin olive oil and are available in plain, rock salt or rosemary varieties.

All breads are made to a traditional double-fermented recipe to produce authentic tasting results.

The fully baked breads are supplied frozen in 1.4kg packs with five per case.
