Food processors from Robot Coupe

Robot Coupe, which pioneered the commercial food processor in 1965, now offers a line-up of 14 models that range from the 1.9-litre R101 to the six-litre R602VV.

All models come with a cutter bowl for mixing, chopping and grinding, along with a vegetable preparation attachment for slicing, grating and julienne cuts, while larger machines, such as those from the R402 upwards, will also dice and chip. There is a wide range of coarse, fine and flat blades for processing and no fewer than 46 discs for slicing, grating and dicing.

The Blixer 4 series, combining the features of the cutter and the blender-mixer, is suitable for preparing dressings, pur‚es and cheesecakes, and is available as a single-phase model working at 3,000rpm, a three-phase model operating at 1,500 or 3,000rpm, or a variable speed version that works from 300rpm to 3,000rpm.

For separating pulp, pips, fibres, shells and bones from liquids, Robot Coupe offers the table-top C80 and floor-standing C120 and C200 automatic sieves.
