Total Greek Yoghurt is now available for the food service industry in 5kg buckets and one-litre or 500g tubs.
The yogurt is described as a thick, strained, live natural yogurt with a creamy rather than acidic flavour. Total Greek Yoghurt has a naturally thick texture without additives or thickeners and will tolerate heat without splitting.
The company also offers a range of 150g, 2%-fat Split Pots in Honey, Peach, Cherry or Strawberry flavours. The yogurts have a minimum two-week shelf life.
