Foster launches Choices and G2 Ultra Lifetime of Care plan

Foster Refrigerator has announced a change in its aftercare support with the launch of a range of packages designed to give customers maximum control and transparency over how they protect their equipment.

With the new G2 Ultra Lifetime of Care plan, Foster hopes to eliminate some of the confusion that exists with extended warranties, by providing a simple plan for a fixed, low monthly fee, for up to 10 years or the serviceable life of the product.

The plan will be available for £7.99 per month and will include parts, labour and an annual health check with no additional costs along the way.

Andy Rasberry, after-sales manager for Foster, said: "It is often very complicated and time consuming for customers to wade through the myriad of warranty polices and get to grips with terms and conditions. For that reason people can often sign up to a plan which isn't right for them. We want to offer aftercare plans which our customers understand with all the information presented up-front."
