A quartet of indulgent yet cost-effective desserts has been cherry-picked by Woodwood Foodservice division for its festive offering. All are pre-portioned except the Chantilly White and Dark Chocolate Tear, a combination of dark Belgian chocolate truffle, white chocolate mousse and dark chocolate curls.

Sidoli Cranberry Rocky Road is a rich fudge brownie with chocolate and pecan and a topping of mini marshmallows, cranberries and chocolate chunks that can be served hot or cold.

The 14-slice, 1.9kg Aulds Knicker Bocker Glory Gateau contains brandy snap biscuits and crumbs, raspberry and peach mousse, Madeira cake chunks, Melba sauce, strawberry-flavoured cream and white chocolate stick.

Completing the quartet, Chantilly Minty Chocolate Cheesecake has a chocolate brownie base covered with minty cheesecake and chocolate curls and topped with chocolate glaze, cream swirls and mini chocolate wafers.
