Free cases of Spanish Cruzcampo lager from Morgenrot

Spain's popularity as a holiday destination for Britons means that its Cruzcampo lager has built up high consumer awareness in the UK, and sales in the UK on-trade increased by 26% last year.

The pale golden lager with a 4.8% abv is a perfect accompaniment to Mediterranean and tapas dishes and offers malty aromas on the nose and a crisp, refreshing finish. It has been brewed in Seville since 1904 and was the first brewery in Andalusia - which was also the birthplace of tapas.

UK importer Morgenrot is rolling out its new one-litre bottle of the premium lager and looking to ramp up draught installations in the food service sector in its bid to become Spain's leading beer brand in the UK.

The company is giving away two cases (12 x one-litre bottles in total) each to four Product Zone readers in time to cash in on the summer alfresco season.
