Freezer-to-table desserts from Silver Pail Dairy

Irish ice-cream manufacturer Silver Pail Dairy has launched its freezer-to-table desserts in the UK.

The Ice Cream Cake is made with rich and creamy milk from Ireland's Golden Vale region and is available in three flavours: Chocolate Fudge Cake - chocolate ice-cream on a moist chocolate sponge coated in a chocolate fudge ganache; Sticky Toffee Ice Cream Cake - toffee ice-cream on toffee sponge and coated in a toffee ganache; and Citrus Lemon Ice Cream Cake - lemon ice-cream with a lemon curd ripple on lemon sponge coated in a lemon ganache.

The cakes are pre-portioned into 16 x 130ml servings.
