Details Add intense flavour with a crunch and no extra moisture to recipes with this line of fruit pieces and fruit, vegetable and vinegar powders and flakes that are freeze-dried to preserve flavour, colour, antioxidants and essential oils.

Range Fruit pieces (whole, quarters, chunks, chips and crumbs): 15, including whole lychees, coconut crumbs and tamarillo halves; fruit powders and flakes - 10, including plum and passion fruit; vegetable powders and flakes - five, including beetroot and green pea powder, dark or white balsamic flakes, and sherry vinegar flakes.

Price From £9.06 for 120g of Lemon Powder to £26.19 for 200g of Mango Slices. A pack is approximately 1/10th of the weight of the fresh produce.
