Fresh Montgomery launches Speciality & Fine Food Fair in Asia

The event run by Fresh Montgomery showcases artisan food and drink producers from around the world and the launch in Asia aims to give more producers a larger market in which to sell.

Visitors to Speciality & Fine Food Fair Asia will have the chance to see chefs demos at Fine Food Live, receive advice from a Small Business Forum, or try out 30 new artisan food producers in the Start Up Village.

Speciality Chocolate Asia will be Singapore's only trade event dedicated to premium chocolate.

Christopher McCuin, for Fresh Montgomery and Montgomery Asia, said: "We are delighted to finally announce the exciting launch of Speciality & Fine Food Asia and Speciality Chocolate Asia.

"This is an exciting new chapter for Fresh Montgomery - and a much anticipated addition to the trade show calendar. The culmination of months of planning, Speciality & Fine Food and Speciality Chocolate Asia have been designed to inspire food and beverage buyers from across South East Asia.

"These two new shows will bring the vibrancy, buzz and excitement buyers love about our London event to Asia - creating a new centre for food innovation. These are exciting times, not just for Fresh Montgomery - but for the fine food industry as a whole. We can't wait for the doors to open."
