The Fri-Jado Bake Basic 3P is a programmable oven for small-scale baking needs that is ideal for sandwich bars, small bakeries and takeaways.
The compact oven - which measures 840mm wide x 460mm high x 775mm deep - simply requires a 13amp power source and can be specified with an optional under-frame with shelves for premises with limited countertop space.
The oven offers three baking positions, water injection, oven fan and alarm signal and allows operators to preset the programme time, temperature and number of steam pulses per minute. It can be stacked up to three ovens deep.
