The Vittles frozen dessert portfolio includes multi-portion gâteaux, individual desserts, cheesecakes, hot pies and puddings. The latest additions include the Blueberry Chocolate Torte (1,204g) and Chocolate Honey and Yoghurt Cake (1,504g), presliced into 12 and 14 portions.

The gâteaux selection, typically weighing between 1.2kg and 1.7kg each, includes Wild Peach Liqueur and Mango Charlotte sponge topped with fresh cream, peach and mango mousse, and decorated with apricot halves and chocolate decorations.

The company's best seller, Chocolate Junkyard, a chocolate-filled pastry case filled with Belgian chocolate ganache and chocolate mousse and decorated with chocolate sweets and chocolate shavings, provides 14 portions and weighs 1,550g.

Cheesecakes, including the Lemon & Lime Cheesecake and Fruits of the Forest Cheesecake, are made with a digestive base, topped with fresh cream cheesecake mousse and hand-decorated with fresh fruits. They weigh between 1.6kg and 2kg and are presliced into 14 portions.
