A new line of frozen premium patés and lamb koftas come from the Big Kitchen. The paté range, sold in cases of 3 x 700g, includes an authentic, coarsely-textured Farmhouse Paté, a smooth and creamy Brussels Paté following a traditional Belgian recipe, and a classic Liver and Mushroom Paté.
The fully-cooked koftas are made from quality lamb that has been seasoned with mint and garlic and then threaded on to a skewer. They are supplied in cases of 60 x 30g pieces that can be warmed up in a few minutes.
