Product Frozen vegetable and fruit purées
Details New UK lines from Ravifruit, all made without added salt, flavours, colours or preservatives and storable for two years at -180°C. Vegetable purées are steam-cooked to preserve their nutritional qualities and include Carrot and Ginger Ganache, and Carrot and Orange Jelly Gum.
Fruit purées - which are either 100% fruit or 90% fruit and 10% sugar - are unpasteurised to preserve taste and colour and bought from the same sources (mostly in the Rhone Valley) to ensure consistency. There are more than 50 flavours, including Corossol/Soursop, Prickly Pear/Cactus Flower, Chestnut, and Pomegranate.
