Details The three new hand-made desserts include: Triple Chocolate Melody, three layers of fine Belgian chocolate with smooth white, silky milk and fine dark chocolate truffle; Lemon and Raspberry Charlotte, a light and delicate lemon mousse filled with a soft centre of crushed raspberry in a fine coulis; and Caramel Toffee Topper, a double chocolate sponge base topped with caramel mousse, soft toffee and honeycomb, finished off with a meringue topper.
