Fruit and nut bags from Brakes

A dozen new fruit and nut snack bags from Brakes can provide pubs with healthier options to cater for the greater number of families expected to visit pubs in the wake of the smoking ban.

Six of the bags are aimed at children, including four 50g bags (Soft Apricots, Raisins and Sultanas, Peanuts and Raisins, and the Tropical Mix of raisins, pineapple, papaya and apricots) and two 40g options - Kid's Berry Mix of omega cranberries, blueberries and raisins and the Fruit and Toasted Seed Mix of raisins, apricots, toasted pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and pine nuts.

Both the Tropical and the Fruit and Toasted Seed Mixes are also available in adult-sized packs of 100g and 75g respectively.

Four more mixes aimed at grown-ups are the 100g Fruit and Nut Mix (combing brazil nuts, walnuts, almonds, cashews, raisins and apricot), the 75g Berry Mix (omega cranberries, blueberries, raisins and raspberries), the 75gWhite Chocolate Raspberries and Blackcurrants, and the 100g Cashew Nuts.
