Supplied in gel form, RH Amar's range of Cooks&Co cooking spirits and liqueurs are exempt from VAT and duty, and include French Brandy, Scotch Whisky, Calvados, Amaretto, Dark Rum, Crème de Cassis and Crème de Framboise.
The gels maintain all of the characteristics, flavours and 40% abv of the original product and are used in the same way as liquids, reverting back to the original spirit or liqueur once heated.
They also have unlimited shelf life and come in one-litre PET bottles.
