Ginger and Saffron are the latest women's shoes from the Crocs Work collection designed to alleviate common footwear complaints.

Both styles feature the Crocs Croslite footbed which conforms to the foot. This ergonomic footbed helps to minimise the load on feet, legs and back, while the circulation nubs help to stimulate blood flow, enabling staff to feel comfortable on their feet throughout their shift.

There's an adjustable Velcro strap for a secure fit and a roomy toe box for added comfort. A mesh liner inside the shoes wicks moisture away from the foot, keeping feet fresh for longer. The Crocs lock-tread sole exceeds industry slip-resistant standards.

The Ginger (£54.95) has a two-inch heel designed for stability and comfort, while the Saffron (£49.95) offers a classic flat design. Both styles are available in black and white.
