Ginger Sensation cake mix from Macphie

Ginger Sensation cake mix joins the range of Sensation cake mixes from Macphie.
It creates a cake with a warm, spicy flavour, and containing pieces of Australian crystallised ginger to give the cake a distinctive texture. The mix contains no artificial colours, flavours, preservatives or hydrogenated fats.
Other mixes in the range include Lemon; Apple and Cinnamon; and Chocolate and Orange. Each has real fruit pieces that add a flavour burst and moistness to the crumb when baked. Packed in 12.5kg bags, they require only the addition of oil and water to produce loaf cakes, cup cakes, muffins and tray bakes.
