Gourmet bread from Mantinga

Green olive bread with Mediterranean herbs and a tomato spiral loaf are among the new range of four gourmet breads launched by speciality bread company Mantinga. The breads are produced by a family bakery in the Moselle Valley in Germany and then frozen for delivery. The green olive loaf is a ciabatta-style bread with green olives from Spain weighing 400g and supplied in 18 units per case. The 300g Peperonici bread ring contains caramelised jalape¤o peppers prepared in the bakery and also comes in 18 units per case. The 300g Fougasse contains smoked ham and walnuts, and the 300g tomato spiral loaf with sun-dried tomatoes is described as a cottage-style loaf with an intense flavour. Both options come in 20-unit cases.
