Details The newest addition to the Americana range of fast-food breads is a pre-sliced, 5in-diameter Kaiser bun made to a unique recipe. It offers a subtle, sour flavour, a slightly firmer texture than standard buns and is finished with a maize dressing. The bun is best toasted on both inner surfaces before filling.
