Details Pre-portioned deep-filled quiches and tarts with a home-made appearance for summer menus from Oliver James Direct, a new initiative to sell directly to pubs and restaurants
Range The quiches, made with blind-baked pastry, egg custard and mature Cheddar, come in four recipes - Quiche Lorraine, Salmon & Broccoli, Cheese & Onion, and Mediterranean (a mix of roasted red peppers, courgettes, cherry tomatoes, red onions and white and red Cheddars). The Filo Tart is layered with Mediterranean vegetables in a tomato and balsamic vinegar sauce and topped with crumbled goats' cheese.
