Snowbird's Gourmet Plus Cumberland Sausages have been entered in the Meat, Game, Poultry & Fish section of Caterer's Excellence in Food and Drink Awards 2009.
A taste of honey proved to be the missing link in the reformulation of pork based sausages to meet reduced salt, low fat and added fibre requirements whilst completely removing dextrose.
