USP This pot wash system can clean pots and pans in less than three minutes without needing a pre-wash or soak, cutting water, energy and detergent use by up to 60%. It uses high-pressure jets to bombard pots with PowerGranules - minute blue plastic pellets - that scour them clean.
Features Solo is available in hot or cold water fill configurations and can be used with or without the granules. The two wash cycles - completed by a rinse cycle - take between three and five minutes using granules or between two and four minutes using just water.
Capacity From 96 to 120 GN 1/1 per hour; Six GN 1/1 or equivalent per cycle.
