Great Dragon Oriental snacks from Daloon

Next month Daloon launches its Great Dragon brand of premium, frozen Oriental snacks into the food service sector to help caterers tap into the growing popularity of this market. Recent research shows that Oriental frozen snacks account for almost half (by value) of frozen ethnic snacks sold by UK retailers.

The range includes three mixed packs of dim sum: the Royal Thai Dim Sum Selection Pack contains 100 pieces made of up 25 x 20g each of Thai Seafood Crackers, Thai Vegetable Moneybags, Prawn Balls and Thai Fishcakes; the Seafood Dim Sum Selection Pack has 100 pieces, or 25 x 15g each of Seafood Spring Rolls, Seafood Moneybags, Prawn Balls and Seafood Samosas; and Mixed Dim Sum Selection Packs hold 48 pieces, or 12 x 15g each of Prawn Crackers, Duck Spring Rolls, Sweet Chilli Vegetable Wantons, and Chicken Thai Green Curry Moneybags.

The menu also includes the Duck Cracker Pack (42 x 20g); the Cocktail Vegetable Spring Roll Pack (96 x 17g); Sweet & Sour Vegetable Crackers (72 x 18g); and Vegetable Moneybags (60 x 20g).
