Green & Clean dishwashers from Electrolux

A 20% reduction in running costs is promised on the new Green & Clean dishwashers from Electrolux that are designed to balance the demands of eco-friendliness with those of high performance.

The under-counter and hood-type washers - which can wash 720 dishes per hour - use less water to reduce the consumption of energy, detergent and rinse aid.

Washing circuits leave no area untouched, while the rinse system - which incorporates an atmospheric boiler with solenoid valve, air break, waiting boiler device and a rinse booster pump - keeps temperature and pressure high and uses just three litres of hot water per rack.

The Wash Safe Control removes all detergent residues by maintaining an 84°C temperature and strong pressure.

Other features include continuous water softening, improved ergonomics and flexibility and double-skin insulation to keep noise below 63dBA in hood-type models.

The range comes with a wide selection of baskets and accessories, and the option to choose between different water treatments. Two tailor-made variants include Wine-line - to produce sparkling glasses in restaurants and wine bars - and Café-line for coffee shops and pubs.
