Suitable for small to medium-size restaurants and hotels, and for pubs, bars and quick-service restaurants, Electrolux Professional's Green & Clean Undercounter and Hood Type dishwashers aim to balance low environmental impact and running costs with excellent performance.

The company says the machines consume less water, detergent, energy and rinsing aid compared with standard machines and cut running costs by 20%.

The lower water consumption results in less energy used during the rinsing phase and less detergent and rinse aid, while the three litres of rinse water per cycle ensure a balance between optimum performance and low running costs.

The atmospheric boiler is equipped with a solenoid valve, an air break, a waiting boiler device and a rinse booster pump. This ensures constant high temperatures and strong pressure for rinsing.

The models that feature Continuous Water Softener (CWS) ensure that 100% of the water entering the dishwasher is softened, reducing scale problems. Double-skin insulation guarantees a low noise level.

There are a variety of models, different types of baskets and additional accessories, including a choice of different water treatments.
