Grill bar options from Rational

Two new accessories for the Rational SelfCooking Center give a more defined pattern of bars on grilled foods. Both come in the gastronorm 1/1 size.
Designed for grilling meat, fish and vegetables, the CombiGrill Grid has a black, easy-clean, non-stick coating that is scratch-resistant and temperature-resistant up to 300øC, which means it can be used for continuous loads in tandem with the system's LevelControl feature.
The dual-function Grill and Pizza Tray has narrower bars to give closer grill marks on delicate products. Its flat flipside, which offers a high level of heat conductivity, can be used for stonebaked-style pizzas.
