Details The Lamb Samosa wraps a mix of lamb mince, peas, potatoes and spices in a puff-pastry casing, while the Vegetable Samosas have a filling of potatoes, onions, mixed vegetables and spices. The larger circular Lamb Katlamas contain lamb mince, onions and spices in a puff pastry crust.
