Hand-made soups from Redemption Food

Great Taste Award winners Red Thai Chicken, Wild Mushroom, and Chickpea & Spinach Dhal soups are the latest offering from County Durham-based Redemption Food.

The freshly made soups are handmade in small batches to ensure consistency of taste and flavour. Ingredients are sourced locally where possible, including 1,000 litres of fresh cream every week from a local Durham dairy, Stilton from a cheese farm in Derbyshire and sausages from Scotland for Bangers & Mash soup.

There are 25 soups in total, which are supplied in 2kg and 4kg buckets. Redemption Food also offers a selection of ready-to-serve pastas, sauces and risottos.
