Recent additions to French baker Délifrance's morning range provide added value for caterers looking to offer both healthy and indulgent goods.
The Jumbo Pain au Chocolat is a 120g pastry with a double bar of dark chocolate that will bake from frozen in 15-20 minutes and is supplied in packs of 64.
The Multiseed Croissant provides a healthy alternative to plain and filled varieties and is packed with poppy, sunflower and brown flax seeds. Supplied egg-washed for a golden finish in packs of 55, the croissants bake from frozen in 1820 minutes.
