Round and rectangular white pizza bases with 10% bran contain twice the amount of fibre found in regular white pizzas, according to the La Pizza company.
The pizza bases also contain the essential fatty acid omega-3, derived from plants rather than fish, making them suitable for vegetarians.
All products in the La Pizza portfolio - including doughballs, tear-and-share garlic bread and Mediterranean speciality breads - contain less than 1% fat and have no preservatives or GM products.
The pizza bases are supplied frozen in 12in and 16in rounds or 15in x 11in rectangles. They have a frozen shelf life of 12 months and a two- to three-day shelf life after defrosting.
