Heavy-duty chiller and freezer counters from Valera

The new MRG/MCG range of heavy-duty chiller and freezer counters from Valera are built for reliability, hygiene and ease of use.

Made from 304 foodsafe stainless steel, all feature 1/1 GN shelves; digital controller and temperature readouts; self-closing doors with full-length handles and a stay-open facility for loading; 100mm splashback, pull-out condenser units; and an automatic defrost system that automatically re-evaporates the defrost water.

The four chiller counters - offering two, three, four and five doors/shelves respectively - have a temperature range of -2/+8°C and capacities from 290 to 780 litres. The three freezer counters provide two, three or four doors/shelves, a temperature range of -15/-20°C and capacities from 290 to 615 litres.

Special options on the MRG chillers include GN drawers in place of doors, a stainless steel sink set in the worktop above the condenser and a pass-through version with optional glass doors. Both chillers and freezers can be supplied for installation to a remote condensing unit and can be factory-fitted with a door lock. All models are sold with a two-year parts warranty.
