Heavy Duty Ranges from Imperial Catering

Sizzle ‘n' Chill - the latest addition to Imperial Catering's line of heavy-duty ranges - combines a choice of cook-top specifications - including six open burners, a thermostat griddle or an adjustable Char-Broiler top - with a self-contained, energy-efficient refrigerated base. The open burners have lift-off Pyrocentric burner heads offering 28,0000BTU/hour (8.21kW) while the refrigerated bases feature foamed polyurethane insulation, a constant temperature between 2.2ºC and 4.4ºC, and a non-electric, self-contained drip pan below the condenser unit to eliminate condensation. The drawers, which have flexible dividers, can hold at least one full-sized table pan.
The low-temperature, low-energy LCH Series Cook & Hold ovens have been designed by the Food Warming Equipment Company to overcome low skill levels, shrinkage and waste of meats, and achieve perfect browning, which makes them popular in carveries. The ovens, which do not require outside venting or hoods, automatically switch from cook mode to a lower holding temperature that uses gentle air circulation and radiant heat to retain the juices in meat. The ovens will hold a variety of trays and pans.
There are over 100 models in Imperial's heavy-duty, stainless-steel ranges, with standard or convection ovens; modular tops or storage bases; open burners; griddle, open or French tops; and open-top broilers; and range match fryers and spreaders.
