Heinz Beanz and branded giveaway

Heinz Foodservice is offering the chance to receive a month's supply of the star ingredient of its new Heinz 57 recipes, which range from fondue and sushi to soufflé and a baked bean smoothie.

To celebrate Craft Guild of Chefs vice-president Steve Scuffell's 57 Different Wayz to Eat Beanz, one Buy It! reader will receive a case of 24 x 415g cans of Heinz Beanz to try out the weird and wonderful selection of innovative recipes for themselves.

The executive chef at London's Crown Moran Hotel and winner of the Craft Guild of Chefs' Lifetime Achievement Award 2009 started exploring the traditional snack after research revealed a fifth of broad-minded Brits were now eating the hearty, convenient and economical baked bean in unusual ways, which he felt could be translated into profitable recipes for food service.

The winner will also receive a branded Heinz Beanz kettle made by Victorian Baking Ovens, which has a 5-litre capacity, low running costs and hard-wearing ceramic enamel with bright, non-fade colours. A ladle is also included.
