Heritage rustic bread range from Dèlifrance

Heritage is an authentic rustic bread range from Dèlifrance made to a traditional French recipe.

The part-baked breads come in various shapes and sizes including the Poolish, Sourdough and Multicereal Half Baguettes; the Losange, a diamond-shaped roll; and the Poolish, Sourdough and Multicereal Pavè, shaped like a paving stone.

Made from natural ingredients using a traditional fermentation method, the breads are baked on natural stones sourced from the Alps. The half baguettes are delivered in packs of 30 and bake from frozen in eight minutes.

Dèlifrance has also added a Brown Petit Pain Long and Multicereal Bloomer made with French flour milled from selected wheats.

The 75g baguettes are packaged 80 per case and bake from frozen in 10 minutes. The 440g Multicereal Bloomer is made from wheat flour, rye, oatmeal, barley and malted wheat and a variety of seeds and cereals. Packed 16 per case, it bakes from frozen in 18 minutes.
