Hygiene technology supplier Holchem has published two hygiene guides to help businesses in the hospitality sector plan reopenings within the relevant guidelines.
The guides cover specific needs for the foodservice sector and businesses that offer accommodation, including topics such asrisk assessments, touch point cleaning, environmental cleaning and staff training.
Mike Mc Hardy, Holchem's division manager foodservice and facilities, said: "Our teams have been advising our customers on how they can open their businesses safely and in-line with government guidelines. The guidance includes, among other things, details on hygiene plans, as well as tools and resources to ensure both staff and customers are put at ease.
