Honey roast half crown duck from Cherry Valley

Honey Roast Half Crown Duck and Confit Duck Leg are two new arrivals from Cherry Valley following the company's research showing that consumers choose duck when eating out due to the perception that it's expensive and difficult to prepare at home. The 210g Honey Roast Half Crown Duck is steam-roasted and has a subtle honey flavour. Each portion consists of a duck breast with the prime wing joint being the only bone content.

The 110g Confit Leg is marinated in a mixture of garlic, black pepper, salt and thyme and is aimed at saving caterers time by taking away the need to marinate, cook and preserve the leg.
