Horseradish and Beetroot relish is the latest fine food to join the Paxton & Whitfield stable, just in time to accompany its artisan cheese board at Christmas. It is made to a traditional recipe from beetroot grown especially for the relish in North Yorkshire and from fresh horseradish.
The sweet and peppery relish works especially well with goats' cheese or to add heat to cold roast beef or smoked fish dishes. It is sold in packs of 12 x 198g.
