Hoshizaki announces final phase of integration with Gram

Hoshizaki Europe BV and Gram Commercial A/S will commence the second and final phase of the integration of the two manufacturing companies.
The first phase of the integration, which started in January 2017, saw a merging of sales and marketing functions in all European offices, aimed at streamlining all customer-facing functions. The second and final stage, commencing this month, will focus on integrating and streamlining all internal processes between sales and manufacturing functions.
The combination of Gram's experience in cold solutions, along with Hoshizaki's position in ice-making technology, brings together a range of equipment including freezers and refrigerators to sashimi merchandisers.
