Hot ‘n' Kickin' and Pic ‘n' Poppin' chicken wings from Perdigao

Perdigao Foodservice (formerly Plusfood) has added new varieties to its Hot ‘n' Kickin' and Pic' ‘n' Poppin' ranges.

Already available as Dippers and Strips, Chicken Wings now come in the crispy Hot ‘n' Kickin' fine breadcrumb coating containing a mix of spices including chilli. They are suitable for serving as a starter with a dip or as part of a combo platter or main meal and a 2.27kg case contains about 60 x 37g wings.

Bite-sized Pic' ‘n' Poppin' Chicken pieces now come in a Southern Fried variety, coated in breadcrumbs with a classic salt and spice mix. The chicken pieces are supplied in cases containing three 1kg bags. They can be deep-fried in 2-3 minutes or oven-baked in 7-9 minutes from frozen.

The chicken bites are also supplied with 30 x 100g branded portion cartons in each box, and neither product contains monosodium glutamate.
