Brown and Forrest's Hot Smoked Arctic Char has been entered in the Meat, Game, Poultry & Fish section of Caterer's Excellence in Food and Drink Awards 2009.
Traditionally found in the northern lakes and fjords of Europe, this is a Salmonoid fish that some bill as a salmon replacement, although in my opinion, it is simply a stunning white flesh fish in it's own right.
