FreshRM, the organiser of Hotelympia 2012, has announced the finalists of the 2012 Innovation Awards.
The categories are Equipment, Food & Drink, Design/Interiors and Technology. Final decisions will be made by a Dragons' Den style panel on 27 January, with results announced on the Hotelympia stage at 3.00pm the same day.
Finalists include Adande Refrigeration, Hobart UK, Glen Dimplex, Iglu Cold Systems, Rational, Control Induction, Bridor, The Cheese Warehouse, Nestlé, Imaginative Cuisine, Speciality Breads, Oranka Fruit Juices, AllerGuard UK, Merlin Buffet Systems, Evolin, Burgess Furniture, StableTable, GO IN UK, Agile Hospitality Solutions, Bermar, Draught Beer Online, Restaurant.diary.com, Integrated Control Corporation and Guestline.
Style gurus will also want to discover the winner of the inaugural Hotelympia Design Award, which celebrates design excellence in hotel suites and showcase the latest trends. The three finalists are: The Royal Suite, Jumeirah Carlton Tower, London; Pavilion Number One, Lime Wood Hotel, Hampshire; and The Royal Suite, Mandarin Oriental Hotel, London.
