6. SWISS ICE-CREAMS

12. BREW BARS
USP Water temperature control on a cup by cup basis with integral weigh scale
Discreet The boiler itself is hidden under the counter, thus saving space on the counter-top with just the Áœber font visible.
Trend Brew bars are the latest coffee trend to arrive in coffee shops and Marco is recreating one on its stand. Brew bars feature the individual cup by cup brewing of coffee - usually single estate and originals - using a variety of different brewing methods, such as cafetières, Haribo, Chemex, Aeropress or Hario dripper. Baristas are being invited to the stand to try out the different brew methods.
Testing the market Marco will test a new concept in counter-top fronts during the show, codenamed "the Pillar". This features three flexible dispense heads, rather like the "snakes" bartenders use to dispense post-mix carbonates. The company is seeking feedback from stand visitors, whose input will help Marco to finalise the specification and determine market suitability.
