USP This commercial-grade thermo-blender can heat and cook any type of food (including creams, sauces, and jams) from 25oC to 130oC while continuously mixing at variable speeds. Because it can chop, purée, grate, grind, mill, mince, knead, liquidise, mix, stir and emulsify, the appliance can handle complete cooking operations, avoiding many intermediate steps.

Details Made in Italy from 304 stainless steel by Vitaeco and exclusive to FEM, the processor works at high speeds of up to 12,500rpm (compared with an average 3,000rpm on more conventional models). Higher speeds reduce processing times while achieving a smoother texture without affecting the properties or qualities of the ingredients. Speed, temperature and time can be selected manually and a vibration-damping system with spring-loaded feet keeps the unit stable at high speeds.
